Share an Agent report

An Agent can create an interactive review or an HTML report with images. The result includes a link that you can share with a reviewer. Anyone with that link can view that report for seven days.

Create and check a report

  1. Open the Agent's Inputs & outputs settings.
  2. Enable Sandbox.
  3. Add an HTML output file.
  4. Save the Agent.
  5. Open Console.
  6. Select the Agent.
  7. Ask for an HTML report using the supplied data and any required images.
  8. Run the task.
  9. Open the report from Output.
  10. Check its facts, headings, tables, and images.
  11. Share the report link with the intended reviewers.

For example, ask for a report that compares a fictional training plan with an approved checklist. Request a clear distinction between supported findings and missing information. Check the report for private information before you share its link.

The link permits access to one report without a Honen sign-in. It expires seven days after issue. Retrieving the run or requesting its file download can issue a fresh report link. Ordinary output downloads keep their access checks.

Reports support HTML, inline styles, and attached PNG, JPEG, or WebP images. The complete report can contain up to 20 images and use up to 25 MB. The built-in review template supports spreadsheet cells, formulas, cell comments, and comparisons between submitted work and suggested corrections. Written excerpts support highlighted passages with margin comments. All comments remain visible beside the related text. Select a highlight to emphasize its comment. On small screens, comments appear below the related passage. Reports use the workspace’s saved logo and light theme. Select a cell to read its feedback. Switch to Suggested to compare the displayed values.

Ask the Agent to use the built-in review template. It supplies the evidence and exports the finished report through the same output file. The template displays supplied values; it does not calculate spreadsheet formulas or edit the original workbook.

Custom HTML supports tables, headings, and expandable details. Custom scripts, forms, embedded frames, and external resources remain blocked.

For API results, use the HTML file's url and expiresAt values. See Run an Agent with files for setup and file handling.
